For this project, I needed to take pictures of a neighborhood in New York and then design 12 pages/6 spreads for a book that will be printed. I decided to do Yorkville because I am familiar with that area and I wanted to share a place that isn’t as well known in New York.

My colleague, Kevin Ng, and I designed this poster and postcard for our class’s “What’s Your Creed” exhibition. It is currently displayed at the Baruch Performing Arts Center – Level B2.

For this project, I needed to combine word and image to convey a message/creed. This message should be important to me, fundamental beliefs, and/or a guiding principle. It also represents who I am and what I care about. Happiness.
